Yes — 100% free, no strings attached. Our inspection includes a physical assessment of your roof, a written report with photographs, and an honest recommendation. If you don't need any work, we'll tell you that. We believe trust is built on honesty, not upselling.
In most cases, we can schedule a free inspection within 24–48 hours of your initial contact. During peak storm season (spring and early fall), timelines may extend slightly. Emergency leak response is prioritized separately and aims for a 60-minute on-site arrival.
For the exterior roof inspection, you do not need to be present — our inspector can assess the outside of your home without access to the interior. However, if an attic inspection is desired (which we recommend), someone over 18 should be available to provide access.
Helpful information includes: approximate age of your current roof, any known issues (leaks, damaged areas), whether the issue was storm-related, your insurance provider's name if applicable, and your preferred contact time. The more detail you can share upfront, the more targeted our assessment will be.
